If you are starting from the Rialto Bridge, head southeast towards Campo San Polo. Walk straight until you reach the end of the square and then turn left onto Calle del Fruttarol. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Campo S. Giacomo da l'Orio. The campo will be on your right, and you will see the church at the far end of the square.

From St. Mark's Square, walk towards the Doge's Palace and exit onto Piazzetta San Marco. Take the bridge to cross the canal and continue straight down Riva degli Schiavoni. Keep walking until you see the sign for Campo San Polo on your right. Turn right and follow the path until you reach Campo S. Giacomo da l'Orio, which will be on your left.

Take Vaporetto Line 1 from any stop along the Grand Canal towards Piazzale Roma. Get off at the San Stae stop. Once you disembark, head straight ahead and take the first right onto Calle della Madonna. Continue until you reach Campo S. Giacomo da l'Orio, which will be in front of you.

If you are near the train station (Santa Lucia), exit the station and cross the Ponte della Costituzione. Once across, follow the signs to the Venetian streets and head towards Campo San Geremia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at Campo S. Giacomo da l'Orio, which will be on your left.
