If you're starting from the Rialto Bridge, head south across the bridge and continue straight on Calle dei Fabbri. After a short walk, take a left onto Calle del Sale. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Turn right onto Fondamenta del Teatro and continue walking until you see the large, ornate building of Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista on your left at San Polo, 2454.

From St. Mark's Square, make your way to Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Walk towards the Accademia Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto the first street (Calle della Carità). Continue through the narrow streets until you reach Campo San Polo. The Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista is located at San Polo, 2454, just a short walk from the Campo.
