Bus
From Verona, head to the Verona Porta Nuova train station. Take the bus line 162 towards Sirmione. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to validate your ticket before boarding. Get off at the last stop, which is P.le Porto in Sirmione. Once you arrive, you will be right at the stunning lakeside promenade.
Train and Bus
Travel to the Verona Porta Nuova train station and take a train to Desenzano del Garda. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Once at Desenzano del Garda station, exit and catch bus line 26 towards Sirmione. Disembark at the P.le Porto stop. This route offers beautiful views of Lake Garda.
Walking from Nearby Attractions
If you are near the historical center of Sirmione, you can easily walk to P.le Porto. From the Castello Scaligero, head south towards the lake and follow the pedestrian pathways. It’s about a 15-minute walk along the scenic lakeside, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Garda.
