Bus
From Verona city center, head to the Verona Porta Nuova train station. Look for the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Take bus number 50 towards Desenzano del Garda. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Lonato del Garda stop. After disembarking, walk south on Via Garibaldi for about 10 minutes until you reach Via della Rocca di Lonato. Turn left on Via della Rocca di Lonato and continue for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Rocca di Lonato.
Train and Walk
From Verona Porta Nuova train station, take a train heading towards Desenzano del Garda. The train journey will take around 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Desenzano del Garda, exit the train station and catch bus number 11 towards Lonato. Get off at the Lonato stop. From there, walk south on Via Garibaldi for about 10 minutes until you reach Via della Rocca di Lonato. Turn left on Via della Rocca di Lonato and walk about 5 minutes to find Rocca di Lonato.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Verona. Head towards the bike paths that lead to Lake Garda. Follow the signage towards Lonato del Garda, which is approximately a 20 km ride. Once in Lonato, navigate to Via della Rocca di Lonato by following local signs. The Rocca di Lonato will be a short ride from the town center.
