From the center of Borgo Trento, head south on Via S. Giovanni in Valle towards Via del Pontiere. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leoni. Turn left on Via Leoni and continue walking until you reach the next main intersection. Turn right onto Via Santa Teresa.

Continue on Via Santa Teresa until you reach Piazzale Castel S. Pietro. The entrance to Castel San Pietro will be visible ahead. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on your pace.

Alternatively, at the end of Via Santa Teresa, you can take the funicular railway. Head to the Funicolare di Castel San Pietro station located at the bottom of the hill. The ticket costs approximately €2 per person for a one-way trip. The funicular will take you directly up to Castel San Pietro, providing a scenic view of Verona.

Once you arrive at the top station of the funicular, you will find yourself close to the entrance of Castel San Pietro. Just follow the signs that direct you to the castle, which is a short walk from the exit of the funicular.
