    If you're driving from Viareggio, take the A12 motorway towards La Spezia. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Riomaggiore. Follow the signs for Riomaggiore, which will lead you down to the village. Once in Riomaggiore, look for parking areas, as street parking can be limited. After parking, walk towards the main street and follow the signs to Riomaggiore Beach, which is a short walk down through the village.

    To reach Riomaggiore Beach by train, take a train from Viareggio to La Spezia Centrale station. From La Spezia, switch to a regional train heading towards Cinque Terre. Get off at the Riomaggiore station. After exiting the train, follow the signs towards the village center. It’s a short, scenic walk downhill to the beach from the station.

    From Viareggio, take a bus to La Spezia. Buses are available from the central station. Once in La Spezia, you can take another bus that goes directly to Riomaggiore. After arriving in Riomaggiore, walk towards the beach, which is easily accessible by following the main path leading down from the village.
