Car
From Montego Bay, take the A1 highway heading west towards Negril. Continue on the A1 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the town of Savanna-la-Mar. In Savanna-la-Mar, turn right onto the A2 highway, following the signs for Withorn. Continue on A2 for about 10 miles. Once you reach Withorn, look for the sign for Roaring River and Cave, located at 7WPW+292. Follow the local road signs leading you to the entrance of the attraction.
Public Transportation
From Montego Bay, take a bus or minibus heading towards Negril. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Savanna-la-Mar. Once you arrive in Savanna-la-Mar, switch to a local taxi or minibus that travels to Withorn. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Roaring River and Cave. The driver will drop you off at the nearest point to the attraction, which is located at 7WPW+292. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to the entrance.
