If you're driving from East End, start on the main road heading towards Port Antonio. Continue on the A4 highway until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto A1 towards Kingston. Follow the road for approximately 30 minutes until you see signs for Port Royal. Once you arrive in Port Royal, follow Queen Street. Fort Charles will be on your left, located at W5M5+J2F, 1 Queen St. There is usually free street parking available nearby, but be cautious of parking regulations.
