If you are driving from anywhere in East End, start by heading west on the main road (A3). Follow the signs towards Port Maria. After approximately 20 minutes of driving, you will reach Port Maria. As you enter the town, look for the intersection with the main square. Turn left onto Main Street. Continue along Main Street until you reach a junction where you will see a sign for Fort Haldane. Take the right turn and follow the road for about 5 minutes. Fort Haldane will be on your left side, marked by a small sign. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Fort Haldane via public transport, you can take a local bus or taxi from East End to Port Maria. Look for a bus heading towards Port Maria at the local bus stop. The fare is typically around JMD 300-400 (approximately $2-3 USD). The trip will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Port Maria, you can either walk to Fort Haldane or take a taxi. If walking, head towards Main Street and follow the same route as described for drivers. If you opt for a taxi, the fare should not exceed JMD 500 (about $4 USD).
