Public Transport
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line to Hamamatsucho Station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Tower. Alternatively, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Kasumigaseki Station, transfer to the Hibiya Line, and get off at Kamiyacho Station, followed by a 10-minute walk. A one-way train fare from Tokyo Station to Hamamatsucho Station costs ¥90-¥220. Subway fares range from ¥170-¥190.
Bus
Take the Tokyu Bus from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit directly to Tokyo Tower. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. The bus fare is ¥220. Alternatively, a free shuttle bus runs from Tokyo Station to Tokyo Tower, stopping at WATERS Takeshiba and Hinode Pier. Check the schedule as only some of the buses go to the Tokyo Tower.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available from Tokyo Station. The taxi ride to Tokyo Tower takes approximately 3 minutes, covering a distance of 3.6 km. The estimated taxi fare ranges from ¥2,200 to ¥2,600.
