From JR Tokushima Station, walk approximately 10 minutes east towards the Awa Odori Kaikan. The Bizan Ropeway station is located on the 5th floor of the Awa Odori Kaikan. Purchase a ropeway ticket to ascend to Bizan Park. Ropeway tickets cost ¥1,030 for a round trip or ¥620 for a one-way trip for adults.
Public Transport

Take a local bus from Awa Ikeda Station to Tokushima Station, which costs around ¥500. From Tokushima Station, walk 10 minutes to Awa Odori Kaikan.
