Getting There

  • Car

    If you are traveling by car from central Awa, begin your journey by heading south on Route 55. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 11. Turn left onto Route 11 and follow the signs towards Tokushima City. After about 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Bizan Park. The park entrance will be on your right. There is a parking area available, but be aware that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 500 yen.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Bizan Park using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Awa to Tokushima Station. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes and costs around 600 yen. Upon arriving at Tokushima Station, transfer to the Tokushima City Bus (Line 22 or 24) heading towards Bizan Park. The bus ride from the station to the park will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Bizan Park stop, and the park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.

    For a more direct and convenient option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Awa to Bizan Park. Simply tell the driver 'Bizan Park' (ビザン公園) and they will take you directly to the entrance.
