Car
If you're driving from any location in Awaji, head towards the Awaji Highway (Awaji Kosokudōro). Follow the signs for Naruto, Tokushima. You will cross the Onaruto Bridge, which offers stunning views of the Naruto Whirlpools. After crossing the bridge, follow the road to Naruto City. Once you reach Naruto, look for signs indicating the whirlpools. You can park at the nearby Naruto Park (free parking available) and enjoy the view from the observation platforms.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Awaji to the Naruto Station. The Awaji Island bus service operates routes to Naruto City.
