Once in Tokiwa, turn left onto Tokiwa Street. Continue straight for about 2 km, then turn right onto 1 Chome. Basho Memorial Hall will be on your left at 1 Chome-6-3 Tokiwa.

    Start at Bingo Station and take the Toei Shinjuku Line train towards Shinjuku. Transfer at Shinjuku Station to the Toei Oedo Line. Ride towards Kiba Station and get off at Kiba Station. From Kiba Station, exit and take bus number 26 towards Koto City. Get off at Tokiwa 1-chome bus stop. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and Basho Memorial Hall will be on your right at 1 Chome-6-3 Tokiwa.
