If you're driving, start by heading towards the central area of Bingo. Use Google Maps or a GPS device to navigate to Setagaya City in Tokyo. Once you reach Setagaya, look for signs directing you towards Kitakarasuyama. Turn onto 4 Chome, and Kōgen-in will be located at 4 Chome-30-1. There is limited street parking available, so plan to arrive early if possible.

From Shibuya, transfer to the Keio Inokashira Line and head towards Kichijoji Station. Get off at Kamiyama-cho Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Kitakarasuyama. Follow the signs to 4 Chome, and you will find Kōgen-in located at 4 Chome-30-1. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
