If you are driving, start by making your way to the Chuo Expressway. Follow it to the Nakano Interchange. Once you exit the interchange, merge onto Route 8. Continue on Route 8 until you reach the intersection at Numabukuro 1 Chome. Turn left onto Numabukuro 1 Chome and you will find the Numabukuro Hikawa Shrine located at 1 Chome-31-4, just a short distance down the road on your right.

To reach Numabukuro Hikawa Shrine via public transportation, take the JR Chuo Line from Tokyo Station to Nakano Station. Upon arriving at Nakano Station, exit the station and head to the West Exit. From there, you can catch a bus bound for Numabukuro. Get off at the Numabukuro 1 Chome stop. The shrine is a short walk from the bus stop; simply walk straight on Numabukuro 1 Chome, and you will see the shrine at 1 Chome-31-4 on your left.
