If you are driving, enter the address '2 Chome-4-1 Nihonbashikakigaracho, Chuo City, Tokyo' into your GPS. From central Bingo, take Route 2 towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for Chuo City, and once you reach the vicinity, look for signs indicating Nihonbashikakigaracho. There is limited parking available near the shrine, so plan to arrive early to secure a spot.

To reach Suitengu Shrine by public transport, start by taking the local train from Bingo Station to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and take the train towards Shinjuku. Get off at the Otemachi Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Board the train towards Nishi-Funabashi and get off at Suitengumae Station. Exit the station and walk about 5 minutes towards Nihonbashikakigaracho, where you will find the shrine.
