From Bingo Station, take the JR Tōkaidō Line towards Tokyo. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Shibuya Station. This leg of the journey will take around 20 minutes. After reaching Shibuya Station, exit from the Hachiko Exit. Follow the signs to the Harajuku area, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. You will see the Takeshita Street Entrance Arch as you approach the street.
