Start by heading northeast on Route 20 from Kai towards Tokyo. Continue for about 90 kilometers until you reach the Shibuya area. Take the exit for Shibuya and follow the signs for Harajuku. Once in Harajuku, look for parking options nearby (parking fees will vary, expect to pay around ¥500-¥1000 per hour). The Owl Village Cafe Harajuku is located at 1 Chome−21−15 Jingumae, on the 4th floor of the 原宿Atm building.

Public Transportation
From Kai, take the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station towards Tokyo. Transfer at Shinjuku Station to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Harajuku Station. This journey will take approximately 1.5 hours and cost around ¥1,500. Once you arrive at Harajuku Station, exit the station and head towards Takeshita Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Meiji Dori. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. The Owl Village Cafe Harajuku will be located on the 4th floor of the 原宿Atm building.
