If you are driving from central Bungo, take Route 10 (the main highway). Follow it north towards Oita City. After approximately 30 kilometers, merge onto the Oita Expressway. Continue for about 50 kilometers and take the Yokohama exit. From there, follow local signs to reach France Yama, located at 184-24 Yamatecho, Naka Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa 231-0862. Parking is available near the park entrance. Be aware that highway tolls apply, costing around 1,500 yen.
Public Transportation
To reach France Yama using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Bungo to the nearest train station, which is Bungo-Takada Station.
