Car
From any location in Buzen, head southwest on Route 10 towards Yamaguchi. Follow Route 10 for about 40 km until you reach Mine City. Once in Mine, continue on Route 2 and then take the exit towards Shuhocho Aokage. Follow the signs for Jigokudai. The journey should take approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. There are no tolls on this route.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a bus from Buzen to Mine. Look for the local bus service that connects these two areas, and check the schedule in advance as buses may not run frequently. Once you arrive in Mine, transfer to the Mine City Loop Bus and board the bus heading towards Shuhocho Aokage. Disembark at the nearest stop to Jigokudai. This entire journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on waiting times for transfers. The bus fare should be around 500-1000 JPY, depending on the distance.
