Car
If you're traveling by car from central Buzen, start by heading south on Route 10. Follow the signs towards Kitakyushu. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit for Route 3 toward Kokura. Continue on Route 3 for about 15 kilometers, then take the exit toward Hiraodai. Follow the signs for Ojikadô Cave, which is located at 2 Chome−6−58 Hiraodai, Kokuraminami Ward, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. There is free parking available near the cave.
Public Transportation
To reach Ojikadô Cave using public transport, start at Buzen Station and take the Nishitetsu bus towards Kitakyushu. You will need to transfer at Kokura Station. From Kokura Station, take the bus bound for Hiraodai. Get off at Hiraodai bus stop, which is about a 10-minute walk from the cave. Follow the signs directing you to Ojikadô Cave, located at 2 Chome−6−58 Hiraodai, Kokuraminami Ward, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. Note that you may need to pay a small fare for each leg of your journey.
