Getting There

Car

From Buzen, head west on Route 10 toward Mine City. After approximately 30 kilometers, merge onto Route 2 and continue for about 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Yakuoji Waterfalls on your right. Turn onto the access road that leads to the parking area near the waterfalls. Parking is free.
Public Transportation

From Buzen Station, take the JR San'in Line train towards Mine Station (approximately 1 hour). Once you arrive at Mine Station, exit the station and find the bus stop outside. Take the Mine City Bus (Nishiki Line) toward Nishiki and get off at Yakuoji Waterfalls stop. The bus fare is around 500 yen. The waterfalls will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking

If you arrive by public transportation, after getting off at the Yakuoji Waterfalls bus stop, walk along the marked pathway for about 10 minutes to reach the falls. The path is well-maintained but can be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes.
