Getting There

Car
From Buzen, take Route 10 (Hakata Bay Road) heading southeast towards Fukuoka. Merge onto the Kyushu Expressway at the Oita Interchange. Continue on the expressway until you reach the junction for the Hanshin Expressway (Osaka Route). Follow the signs for Osaka and then take the exit toward Umeda. Once you exit, follow the signs for the Umeda Sky Building. Parking is available near the building, but it may incur a fee, typically around ¥500 for an hour.

Train
Start at Buzen station and take the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line towards Tenjin. Transfer at Tenjin Station to the Fukuoka City Subway (Kuko Line) and travel towards Nakasu-Kawabata. At Nakasu-Kawabata, transfer to the Hakataku Line heading to Nishi-Karatsu and get off at Osaka Station. From Osaka Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Umeda Sky Building, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. The total train fare will be approximately ¥1500.

From Buzen, take the local bus towards Fukutsu city. Transfer at Fukutsu Station to a direct bus that goes to Osaka. The bus will drop you off at Osaka Station. From there, you can either walk to the Umeda Sky Building (about a 10-15 minute walk) or take a local subway line from Osaka Station to Nishi-Umeda Station, which is the closest station to the building.
