If you are traveling by car, take the Ise Expressway from any major city in Chubu (like Nagoya or Matsumoto). Follow the signs to Shima City. Once you reach Shima, take Route 42 towards Agocho Ugata. The Yokoyama Visitor Center is located at 875-24 Agocho Ugata, Shima, Mie 517-0501. There is parking available at the visitor center, which is free.

For those using public transportation, take the Kintetsu Line to Ugata Station, which is the closest station to the Yokoyama Visitor Center. From Ugata Station, you can take a local bus (Shima Kanko Bus) heading towards Agocho Ugata. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the service may not be frequent. Once you reach the stop for the Yokoyama Visitor Center, it's a short walk to the entrance.
