I had a wonderful time on my tour! Erica was a great guide and answered each question that I had for her along the way. She has carefully curated the tour to feature the food emblematic of the market and Japan. I also really liked that she supports local eateries and clearly has established connections with owners/cooks. All of this is paired with her historical and cultural knowledge of the cuisine and the country. I learned so much and carried that knowledge with me for the rest of my trip. Thanks, again!
