Public Transport
From Shin-Kiba Station (JR Keiyo Line, Yurakucho Line, or Rinkai Line), take the Toei bus Kiba Line 11 to the last stop, 'Wakasu Camp Ground Mae'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the elevator that takes you to the bridge's walkway. Bus fare is approximately ¥220.
Taxi
From Shin-Kiba Station, a taxi to Wakasu Seaside Park (near the bridge entrance) will cost approximately ¥2,000 - ¥3,000, depending on traffic. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Taxis are readily available at the station.
