Car
If you are traveling by car, take the Sanyo Expressway and exit at Mine Interchange. From the interchange, follow Route 2 towards Mine city. Continue on Route 2 for about 10 kilometers, then turn right onto Route 187. Follow Route 187 for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach Akiyoshido Cave. The address is 3506-2 Shuhocho Akiyoshi, Mine, Yamaguchi 754-0511. There is parking available on-site, and parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
To reach Akiyoshido Cave by public transport, start by taking the JR Sanyo Line to Mine Station. Once you arrive at Mine Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Take the Akiyoshi Onsen bus (Akiyoshi Kanko Line) from the Mine Station bus terminal. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the Akiyoshido Cave stop. The cave is a short walk from the bus stop. Please check the bus schedule in advance as service may vary, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal.
