To reach Okutsu Valley via public transportation, take a train from Mimasaka Station to Kagamino Station, a journey of approximately 45 minutes. From Kagamino Station, take a local bus towards Okutsu, which takes about 30 minutes. Check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen.

If driving from Mimasaka, head south on Route 313 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Kagamino. In Kagamino, continue on Route 313 until you see signs for Okutsu Valley.
