A free shuttle bus operates between Echigo-Yuzawa Station (West Exit) and the Yuzawa Toei Hotel. The shuttle runs between 9:00 and 18:00. Upon arrival at the station, call the hotel for pickup. The waiting area for the bus is located at the 'medium-sized car (microbus)' area. There is no charge for this service.
