If you are driving to Mizusawa Park, start by heading towards Route 4 from your location in Etchu. Follow Route 4 north until you reach the turn-off for the Mizusawa area. Take the exit towards Mizusawaku Nakauwanocho and continue straight. Mizusawa Park is located at 1-1 Mizusawaku Nakauwanocho, Oshu, Iwate 023-0857. Parking is available on-site, free of charge.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Mizusawa Park via public transportation, take a train from Etchu Station to Oshu Station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Oshu Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take a local bus (Route 1) towards Mizusawa. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Mizusawa Park stop, which is right in front of the park entrance.
