Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading south on Route 20 from the center of Etchu. Follow the signs for Hokuto City and continue for about 30 kilometers. Once you reach Hokuto, take the exit for Route 141 towards Nagano. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Ojiragawa Canyon. Turn onto Prefectural Road 18 and follow the signs for another 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the canyon entrance. There may be a small parking fee, so be prepared with cash.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Etchu Station to Kobuchizawa Station on the JR Chuo Line. The journey takes about 40 minutes. From Kobuchizawa Station, take a local bus towards the Ojiragawa Canyon. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes, and you should check the bus schedule in advance, as bus services may be limited. Ensure you have enough yen for the bus fare. Once you arrive at the Ojiragawa Canyon bus stop, it's a short walk to the canyon entrance.
