If you're traveling by car, head towards Route 4 (the Tohoku Expressway) from central Etchu. Take the exit towards Oshu and continue following the signs for Mizusawa. Once in Mizusawa, look for Hoshigaokacho. The Oshu Space and Astronomy Museum is located at 2-12 Mizusawaku Hoshigaokacho. There is parking available at the museum.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Etchu Station to Mizusawa Station on the Tohoku Main Line. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mizusawa Station, exit the station and catch a local bus headed towards Hoshigaokacho. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the Hoshigaokacho stop, and the Oshu Space and Astronomy Museum is a short 5-minute walk from there.
