If you are driving, start from the central area of Etchu. Head southwest on Route 41 towards Toyama City. Continue for about 30 kilometers (approximately 30 minutes). Once you reach Toyama, follow the signs for Gofuku. Turn right onto Gofuku Street, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will see the Toyama Prefectural Ink Art Museum located at 777 Gofuku. There is parking available nearby.

To reach the Toyama Prefectural Ink Art Museum using public transportation, take the Toyama Light Rail from Etchu Station. Board the train towards Toyama Station. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
