If you are driving to Chisuji Falls from central Hakone, start by heading southeast on Route 1 (Hakone-Yumoto to Gotenba). Follow the signs for Kowakudani and after about 15 minutes, turn onto Route 732. Continue on Route 732 for approximately 5 minutes, and you will see signs for Chisuji Falls. There is limited parking available near the falls, so be prepared for a short walk to the site. Please note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen.

To reach Chisuji Falls by public transportation, take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Kowakudani Station. This journey takes around 30 minutes. Upon exiting Kowakudani Station, follow the signs to the Chisuji Falls trailhead, which is approximately a 20-minute walk uphill. The walk will take you through beautiful forest scenery. Make sure to wear appropriate shoes as the path can be uneven. The train fare is around 480 yen one way.
