If you are driving, start from central Hakone. Head south on Route 1 (Hakone bypass) towards Odawara. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit towards Yumoto. Follow the signs for Yumoto Onsen and Ring Waterfall. The waterfall is located in Yumoto, Hakone, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa. Parking is available nearby, and it typically costs around 500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation - Train
From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Line train towards Gora. The ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at Hakone-Yumoto Station, which is the nearest station to Ring Waterfall. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the waterfall. Follow the signs along the path leading to the waterfall, which is well-marked.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, from Hakone-Yumoto Station, you can take a local bus towards Yumoto Onsen. Board the bus and ride for about 10 minutes, then get off at the Ring Waterfall stop. The bus fare is around 200 yen. After getting off, the waterfall is a short walk away, easily accessible by following the marked paths.
