From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Motohakone. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Motohakone, it's a short walk to the Old Tokaido Road. Keep an eye out for signposts directing you to the historical landmark. Bus fares range from 1,000 to 1,500 yen depending on the distance.

Public Transportation – Train and Walk
If you prefer to take the train, start from Hakone-Yumoto Station and transfer at Odawara Station to the JR Tōkaidō Line. You can take the train to Kozu Station and then catch a taxi to Motohakone, which will take approximately 20 minutes. The taxi fare from Kozu to Motohakone is around 3,000 to 4,000 yen. From Motohakone, it is a short walk to the Old Tokaido Road.
