Car
If you are driving, from central Hakone, take Route 1 towards Odawara. Follow the signs for Hakone and then take a left onto Route 735 towards Ninotaira. After about 10 minutes, you will see signs for the Hakone Open-Air Museum. The Picasso Pavilion is located within the museum grounds. There is parking available at the museum, which usually costs around 1,000 yen for a day.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Gora Station. This journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once at Gora Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus and board the bus heading towards the Hakone Open-Air Museum. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. After arriving at the museum, follow the signs to the Picasso Pavilion located inside the museum.
