If you're driving, start from central Harima and head east on Route 28. Follow the signs towards Sumoto City. Once you reach Sumoto, continue on Route 28 until you see signs for Cape Oishi. Turn onto the road that leads to the observation deck. There is a parking area available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To get to Cape Oishi Observation Deck via public transport, take the bus from Harima Station to Sumoto. Look for the bus that goes to 'Sumoto Kankou' or 'Sumoto City Hall'. Once you arrive at Sumoto, transfer to a local bus heading to Cape Oishi. The bus will take you directly to the observation deck. Check the schedule for the return trip to ensure you don’t miss the last bus.
