Car
If you're traveling by car in Harima, get on the Sanyo Expressway and head towards Kobe. Take the exit for Kobe and follow signs for Route 2. Merge onto Route 2 and continue until you reach the downtown area of Kobe. Look for signs indicating Chuo Ward and Kitanocho. Once you arrive in Kitanocho, find parking in one of the public lots nearby, as street parking can be limited. The Kobe Kitano Museum is located at 2 Chome-9-6 Kitanocho, which is a short walk from most parking areas.
