    If you are traveling by car from Harima, head southeast on Route 2. Follow the signs for Kobe and the Sannomiya area. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Route 28. Continue on Route 28 until you reach the Onohamacho area in Chuo Ward, Kobe. Minato no Mori Memorial Park is located at 2 Onohamacho, adjacent to the waterfront. There is paid parking available near the park, which costs approximately 300 yen per hour.
