If you are driving, start from Takayama city center. Head south on Route 158 towards Okuhida Onsengo. After approximately 26 km, you will reach the area of Okuhida Onsengo. Look for signs indicating the Okuhida-Onsengo Information Centre. It is located at 710-9 Okuhida Onsengo Kansaka. There is parking available nearby.
Bus
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Takayama Station. Look for the buses heading to Okuhida Onsengo, which are operated by Nohi Bus. The buses run multiple times a day (check the schedule for exact times). The journey takes about 50 minutes. Get off at the 'Okuhida Onsengo' bus stop. The Information Centre is a short walk from the bus stop; head towards the main road and it should be visible within a few minutes.
