Getting There

    From Hiroshima Station to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is a 35-minute walk. Head west from the station, following the main road. Pass the Enko River, continuing straight. The park will be on your left. No costs involved.

  • Public Transport

    To reach the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park from Hiroshima Station, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway (streetcar) lines 2 or 6 from the tram stop at the South Exit. The ride to Genbaku-Domu Mae (Atomic Bomb Dome) stop takes about 15 minutes and costs ¥240. Alternatively, take the Hiroshima Sightseeing Loop Bus (Meipuru-pu) from the North Exit. A single ride is ¥400, or a one-day pass is ¥1,000.
