If you are starting from Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line and get off at the Hiroshima Station for the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden). From there, board the Hiroden tram on Line 1 (the green line). After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Futabanosato' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Hiroshima Toshogu Shrine located at 2 Chome-1-18 Futabanosato, Higashi Ward.

If you are near the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, you can walk to Hiroshima Toshogu Shrine. Start at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and head northeast across the Peace Boulevard. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Futabanosato Street, then turn left. Walk along Futabanosato Street for about 15 minutes, and you will see the Hiroshima Toshogu Shrine on your right.
