Getting There

Ferry

From Hiroshima city center, make your way to the Hiroshima Port. You can take the tram from Hiroshima Station to 'Hiroshima Port' tram stop. The tram ride takes about 20 minutes. Once at the port, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Miyajima Island. The ferry ride lasts approximately 10 minutes and provides beautiful views of the water. After arriving at Miyajima, follow the signs towards Momijidani Park.
Bus

If you are at Hiroshima Station, you can take a bus directly to Miyajima. Look for the bus terminal next to the station, and take the 'Miyajima' bus, which is clearly marked. If you are already on Miyajima Island, you can walk to Momijidani Park from the ferry terminal. Exit the ferry terminal and walk straight until you reach the main road.
