From Hiroshima Station, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway tram Line 1 (the red line) towards Hiroshima Port. Ride the tram for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Hondori' station. From there, exit the tram station and walk straight down the shopping arcade, which will lead you to Shintenchi. Walk about 5 minutes until you reach Okonomimura located at 5-13 Shintenchi.

From Hiroshima Station, take the Hiroshima Bus #24 or #25 towards the Peace Memorial Park. Get off at the 'Hondori' stop (approximately 15 minutes). From the bus stop, walk straight through the shopping arcade, which will lead you to Shintenchi. Okonomimura is located at 5-13 Shintenchi, just a 5-minute walk from the arcade exit.
