Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Hiroshima Station, exit the station and head towards the north exit. Follow the signs for the tram station and take the tram Line 1 (Hiroshima Electric Railway) towards Hiroden-Miyajima-guchi. Get off at Genbaku Dome-mae Station. From there, walk towards the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. You will see signs directing you to the park. Once you enter the park, look for the Heiwa Kinen Koen Rest House, which is located at Nakajimacho, 1−1, right next to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial.

  • Tram

    From the city center, locate the nearest tram station. Take Tram Line 2 or Line 6 towards Hiroden-Miyajima-guchi. Get off at the Genbaku Dome-mae stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The Heiwa Kinen Koen Rest House will be on your right as you enter the park.

  • Bus

    If you are near the Hiroshima Bus Center, take a bus that heads towards the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Buses such as the 24, 28, or 29 will get you there. Ask the bus driver for the stop nearest to the park. Once you get off, walk into the park, and you will find the Heiwa Kinen Koen Rest House at Nakajimacho, 1−1.
