Car
If you're driving from the center of Hitachi, take Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for Route 6 for approximately 100 kilometers. Once you reach the Tokyo area, take the exit towards Koto City and follow the signs for Tatsumisakura Bridge. There is limited parking near the bridge, so be sure to check for available spots. Parking may incur a fee, typically around ¥500-¥1,000 depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation - Train
Start your journey at Hitachi Station. Purchase a ticket for the Joban Line heading towards Ueno. The train ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. You will need to transfer at either Mito Station or Ueno Station, depending on your chosen route. Once you arrive at Shinkiba Station, switch to the Yurakucho Line towards Toyosu and get off at the Shinonome Station. From Shinonome Station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Tatsumisakura Bridge. There may be a small fee for the train, usually around ¥2,000-¥3,000, depending on the route and transfers.

From Hitachi Station, take a bus to Tokyo. Several bus companies offer service to Tokyo, and the ride typically takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic.
