Exit the station and head east towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach Kachidoki Bridge, which will be visible from the road.

If you are near Tokyo Station, you can take the Toei Bus from Marunouchi North Exit. Look for bus stop number 2 and board the bus heading towards Kachidoki. The bus will make several stops, and you should get off at the Kachidoki stop. From there, walk towards the bridge, which is just a short distance away.
