Car
From Chubu, take the Nagoya Expressway (also known as the Central Ring Expressway) towards Tokyo. Expect to pay tolls, which can amount to approximately ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 depending on your starting point and traffic conditions. Once you reach the Koto City area, follow signs for Ariake and Tokyo Big Sight. There is ample parking available at Tokyo Big Sight, which may incur additional fees.

Train
Start by taking the JR Tokaido Shinkansen from Nagoya Station to Tokyo Station. The Shinkansen ride takes about 1 hour and costs between ¥11,000 to ¥15,000. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Keiyo Line and head towards Kiba Station. Get off at Kiba Station and change to the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Take the Tozai Line to Toyosu Station. At Toyosu Station, transfer to the Yurikamome line, and ride it directly to Kokusai-tenjijo-seimon Station, which is the closest station to Tokyo Big Sight. The total travel time may take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

There are express buses that run from Nagoya to Tokyo Big Sight. Start at Nagoya Station and look for the highway bus terminal. Buses to Tokyo Big Sight may take around 4 to 5 hours and cost approximately ¥4,000 to ¥6,000. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance for the best times. The bus will drop you off near the main entrance of Tokyo Big Sight.
