    If you are driving, start from the center of Hitachi city. Head southeast on Route 6 (National Route 6). Continue straight for about 2 km. Then, turn right onto Saiwaicho Street. Drive for another 500 meters, and you will see the Hitachi Civic Center on your left at 1 Chome-21-1 Saiwaicho. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the time of day.

    If you prefer public transportation, take the JR Joban Line to Hitachi Station. Upon exiting the station, head south towards Route 6.
